Manual(non-hydroulic) short ratio steering rack for b3/b4/s2/rs2?

Does somebody knows if there is any manual short ratio steering rack, oem or aftermarket. I'm currently driving typ85 with typ89 b3 steering rack. The ratio is ridiculous, something like 4,5revs.
I know rs2 and s2 racks are comparatively short ratios. Rs2's 2,5revs. But hydroulic conversion is not on table for now...

You can turn a hydro rack into a manual one by welding the two sides of the rotary valve together to prevent the torsion bar from flexing. Do that and grease it all properly and should work well, as long as you have arms like King Kong
