  • Poly Vs solid subframe bushes

Been running Superflex bushes inconjection with poly wishbones bushes and delrin tie rod bushes for a while now which is great, the car is really sharp, but I'm thinking about trying some solid subframe bushes. My theory is that with solid subframe bushes, the sbframes themselves act as as a pretty substantial chassis brace, so I think they might be a good upgrade in chassis stiffness. My only concern is a big increase in road noise or "harshness".

Anyone BTDT on poly vs solid?

    Cheers

The only difference I noticed was slightly more gearbox noise and I do mean "slightly"

If you were going from standard to solids worth it, but poly to solid I would say is a waste of money as you won't notice any difference. I've had all 3 and standard to poly feels the same as standard to solid
