    Help! Problem with height on urs4

    I have a problem with height on my urs4.
    My rear left side is 2.5cm lower than right side. I think that spring is bad so I by new H&R sport springs for urs4. After instaling the springs the problem is still there. My shocks are one year old Bilstein B8. What do you think is cousing the problem with height difrences.
    Also my front side is higher than my rears.

    Can a bad bushes influence height, that there is so much difrences between left and right side?

    here some pictures.

      Firstly it is very difficult to judge a difference in ride height from left to right unless the car is on perfectly level ground. Worn bushes will not help matters. It's also worth replacing the top suspension mounts.

      It is well known that when lowering the suspension on the C4 chassis you can find that the rear sits lower than the front. This is especially true with Bilsteins for some reason! There are 2 solutions;

      1 - Remove spring mount from shocks. There's a circlip that the spring mount sits against. You can remove this circlip and have another groove milled into the shocks higher up. Then refit the circlip into the new groove and the spring mount will now be higher.

      2 - (This is how I did it) Buy or make spacers to fit between the circlip and the spring mount. Like this;

      I just had a local machine shop make them for me.

          Today I rise the rear end of the car, I measure the height of springs, height of downend of schocks till the part where the springs start is the same on left and right side of the car. I realy don't have a clue what is making so big height diference between the right and left rear side.
          Does anyone have a clue what is going on?
