    RS6 replicas - bolt length

Just bought a nice set of RS6 replicas from Imster ( cheers ).

Only one slight snag, the OE wheel bolts do not appear to be long enough. I'm only getting about 4 complete turns before they start to bite, as opposed to 8 or 9 on the original Avus wheels.

I checked with Audi the size of the OE bolts for both S2, RS2 and RS6 and they are all the same - M14 x 1 thread, 27mm long.

Any ideas where I can get hold of some longer bolts of the correct material / tensile strength etc? ( obviously I'm not interested in using any old bolts )

Aas above size, around 30 - 35mm would do the trick.
    Cheers,

    Nick

Would also be worth checking if these alloys use a taper bolt or radius type like Audi use. Both of my aftermarket sets of alloys have the taper style bolt - Oz & Milli

Also make sure you dont end up with bolts too long, you can screw up the ABS sensors if they are!

          Thanks for the feedback.
I'll try to check with the supplier what they recommend ( once I know who that is ).
          Cheers,
