i'm looking for pictures of S2's with stock suspension setups. the reason is, i have a set of S2 springs (3B) that i am going to install on my S2 conversion project and i'm just wondering how much lower the car will sit. right now it has the stock springs that came on the '91 7A powered coupe.
thanks!

A 3B without aircon, the springs are 300mm long
A 3B with aircon, they are 310mm long
The 7A without air con is 320mm long
The 7A with aircon is 340mm long
The poundage of the springs obviously comes into play with the air con springs being stronger as also does how old the 3B springs you have are, ie how much static sag they have from the use they've had, but I reckon you can bank on 20mm being the rough drop to expect with the 3B springs.
thanks martyn, that helps a bunch. i was hoping it would be in the 20mm range! by the way, where did you get this information? also, is this info for the front, back, or both?

I only checked the front springs, if you'd like I'd check the rears but I expect it to be pretty much the same story. I have this info 'lying' about!! it's amazing what you collect!
