How easy are these to do? I haven't had a chance to look yet, is there a sleeve that needs nudging out or is it just rubber?

Dont know about the 80, but I did them on a 100 and they were a pain in the ****, had to take the axle off and use a 20 ton press, its a steel bush with a rubber centre, use a plate each side with a bolt and wind it through hopefully it'll come out easy for you.
That was my experience with the 100, I would image the 80 is a similar type bush but I am open to correction.
