    Suspension and subframe mounts

I keep getting the odd knock coming from the rear of my coupe. I'm thinking of poly bushing the subframe mounts and the lower arm bushes. I think i'll do the rear diff mounts too. Where is the best place to get these from any group buys etc.???

I thought the bambridge stuff was solid mounts. Im reluctant to go solid as i drive the car on the great british roads. I was thinking poly's would be a happy medium.
I was thinking all wishbone bushes, both front and rear subframe bushes and rear diff one.
I'm half tempted to go oe parts to save my spine...

You hardly feel any if at all with the subframe mounts, superflex for the subframe ones, bambridge for solid

I have had a look at the bambridge solid ones and very well engineered. Prob go solid subframe. poly bush lower arms and oe diff mount? what do people recommend.
have read that poly bush the rear diff one can exaggerate any drive train shunt.

Cool. She's coming off the road soon for a new windscreen and some other bits. prob drop the rear subframe first and see whats what. all the subframe ones look very squashed and i occasionally get a clunk when cornering which has started since the kws went on. I suspect the subframe is shifting. If a jobs worth doing may as well do it properly.
What is it with these cars theres always a job to be doing. Cheers. Steven
