Hi guys, yes sorry about this but the news is true unfortunately. I am still in talks with Bilstein UK to uphold my dealership with them so hopefully this might just be temporary. They need me to be doing more business with them, but there's not a huge amount I can do about that... Anyway, I'll keep you all updated when I know more and apologies to Audinut and Bilko as they were due to make purchases. As Alistair has already mentioned I can now help with Koni dampers and suspension kits for S2 and RS2!

I will create a thread in the GB section soon giving all the details of Koni with prices etc. In the meantime please feel free to PM me with any queries.

    Many thanks
    Yaz

I think Yaz has some issues with his Bilstein supplies although he is now able to supply Konis.

I'd like to thank him for his efforts in trying to sort my shocks for me. Very helpful and although our deal didn't go through, I'd would certainly deal with him in the future.

    Thanks Yaz.

And thanks to others for the help and advice.

    Thanks

Hi Alistair, hold fire for the moment as I have just set up a trade account with Koni. I'll be getting the prices in a bit, if you're interested?

The threaded top cup holding the damper in the strut, it comes with the damper. Bilstein B6/B8's are "upside-down" dampers and therefore has a thicker rod than OEM, and the OEM top don't fit.

I guess the B6 damper for a 50mm strut is the same, but with different aluminium top.
