          Suspension - Simples!

Higher comfort, lower noise, lower vibration versus sharper handling, more feel and more precise suspension geometry.

It all depends on what you want. I was going to go down the route of poly to match the suspension bushes, engine and gearbox mounts (including the amazing snub mount from Rusty ) but then a certain Mr Keith Edwards persuaded me to go solid. The argument is simple.....let the suspension do the suspending work and take another involuntary movement factor between chassis and road out of the equation.

K24 Racing, 034 and Superflex do the rest on the bush side of things helped out by that great double act - Mr H&R and Mr Koni

i have poly everything else , ready to go in , one of your comments puts me off tough (lower vibration) I dont really want any vibration and whats stoppiing me from going solid is the metal against metal not sure i like the idea ?

              I agree.

Solid, cost may be similiar in short term, but in long term the solid works out better.

Also, poly isnt available for my avant rear (afaik) so solid it was my choice

This is good news if they do, but coupe front and rear are same size, but avant rear are huge. I dont see them listed on the site

Dont think so, avant rears are huge like coffee mugs, and would be more costly that fronts. Unless it specifically says avant rears, I would just assume those are identical as fronts just listed as rears for coupes.

Some mention of a crowd called superpro

but not sure what came of it, you would think there is demand, as b5 rs4, rs2 are the same.
