Neuspeed fits the Avant and you have a Coupe

Worth noting that the B5 chassis uses a much stiffer bar as stock than the B4, so this rear bar may not be very well suited to use in a B4 chassis car. IIRC B5 S4 used a 29mm front bar, plus no doubt stiffer spring rates than the S2 given the superior multi-lnk front suspension.

yes but there is quite a jump to up to this 034 bar!

Its the relative roll stiffness of the axles not just the ARBs that will effect the balance of grip front to rear. The effective roll stiffness is the combination of spring rate and ARB stiffness. So it is possible to have a small ARB and stiff springs give the same result as a stiff ARB and softer springs. So the stiffness of the ARB on its own does not tell the whole story of what is happening, but it is often the easiest and thing to adjust.

What about the jump from standard to weakest setting on neuspeed? Would that not be so dramatic?

rs2 farb and weakest neuspeed-setting with stiff suspension feels great on my avant. impressive jump from standard, reduced understeer, great response etc. but there are some handicaps on bumpy roads.

I take it that the whiteline Rarb is the only option i have then? for my coupe.

You can also put a front arb on the rear in a coupe.

I've got the 034MS rear bar installed on my B5 A4 2.8Q 5-speed and it is fantastic. It is not nearly as "twitchy" as you would think (given how much stiffer it is versus stock). The feel is very progressive and the only time it can "bite" you is in really quick transitions when you pushing at 10/10ths (like at the track or auto-x). I drive my car daily the overall balance is more neutral than anything else, even in the wet. I can get slight over-steer under power and can easily induce over-steer by trail-braking or lift-throttle mid-corner. Overall, my car is actually fun to drive with the sway-bar installed and I can really enjoy corners, where-as before I got resolute under-steer.

You guys are 100% correct about the B4 chassis being different and I am not sure how this setup will work on that car. I think it will work really well, but if there is a massive difference in the front sway-bar on the B4 chassis versus B5, this should be taken into account.
