Just this mornig the airbag warning light started not to go away after engine start. Later I noticed that it is gone after some two minutes driving but at the next startup it remains on again. What is this? On my 2,8 Coupe q it is on all the time.

If I remember correctly:
New slip ring is c. 100 UKP + an hours labour to fit.
New airbag is c. 600 UKP + fitting.
Tracking down a loose wire is c. 0 UKP + lots of frustrating hours, and some swearing.
Ck.Shocked, exhausted, hosed, bushed, dumped, chipped, mounted, filtered, gauged, packed, intermittantly wiped and braked. I mean broken. Now, about the car...
