    How it should feel

Just got me car back with new shocks and springs and a full 4 wheel alignment!!!!

Feels like a totally different car, no pitching and diving on pulling away and braking and feels great going round a corner.

Ride is not too harsh and cruises on the motorway fine - actually feels faster as the car isn't rising on throttle and diving on braking - actually makes the brakes feel better too.

Think the H&R part numbers have been posted, if anyone wants the part numbers for the bilsteins, let me know and i will dig them out.

aaaaah, the smile has returned - will post a couple of pics later.

      Martyn,

Normally i think £110 - £120 each but i got mine form a guy on ebay after i failed to win a bid on some Konis. They have done less then 1500kms and those along with the (wrong) h&r's (have the right ones on the car though was just under £290 inc shipping so a bit of a steal

Check www.motorsportworld.co.uk i think as they are a huge billy importer or Demon Tweeks.

      Cheers,

      David

I'll dig the part numbers out when i get home.

          Cheers,

Here are the part numbers - Martyn forgot to say that they are non-adjustable on or off the car - just fixed rate.

There are two front strut insert part numbers - I think one has a smaller diameter though not sure it that relates to an avant or if anyone knows if the strut was made larger shortly after production of the s2 started......anyways

            Fronts on mine were: PE3-3086
            Rears : P36-3017

Odd. The konis that i bought use the same springs and shocks front and rear.

Martyn, are factory P/N same for F+R?

Oh yeah, looks good David. Makes the car feel .... right!
