I got mine from Bambridge, great quality and fast delivery, if he has the parts in stock. 450lb sounds really high, stock on a coupe is 200lb all round. I went for 250lb 9" all round, only driven it on and off the drive at the moment but it feels firm!

      Springs came from here

450lb seems to be what the guys use in the states for track use. Its mostly a track and some fast road use car. Does bambridge have a web site? Cheers des

Oh and do the coil over conversions use 2.25 or 2.5 inch springs. Cheers

Bambridges are 2.5", track use is a different matter, mine is road only.

I am also using the Bambridge ones. I run 300front and 325 rear.9" all round
I think if you had anything much harder than that and you do the fast road bit, you would have no teeth.

                      £200-£250 mark + springs.

However he is looking at either aluminium and hard anodised or stainless adjuster collars so price may vary
