Front Spring rates for a 4cyl sedan

I'm switching to coilovers on the front of my B4 Competition and I'm wondering about spring rates... I'm searching for something similar to the stock spring rate used in the Compi's suspension, does anyone have any ideas about what the original spring rate might be for a 4 cyl engine, so I have a place to start? Thanks!

OE will be in the region of 200lb/in. I might be wrong but I think the 1BE sports suspension option may all use the same springs. Better check on the family album...

According to the color marks on the springs (they were fully visible on mine ) my current springs are for a ACE/9A etc. 4 cylinder models with AC and sport suspension. For non AC models is different and for the 5 cylinder cars it's also different. I have some NM springs at home for example, that are both shorter and a lot firmer than my current ones, so I guess there should be a big difference between 5 and 4 cylinder engines... :/
