    NLA Bolts and Nuts?

    Hi,

I m currently rebuilding my rear subframe and wanted to order new bolts but my dealer told me they are NLA . Do you know any equivalent of the following ?

    Shouldered hex. nut - M12*1.5 : N 906 386 01

    Bolt, hex. hd., self-locking - M14*1.5*65 : N 010 197 7

    Screw, hex. hd - M16*1.5*105 : N 040 181 4

    Bolt, with hex. socket hd - M12*1.5*90 : N 101 719 02

    Shouldered hex. nut, self-locking - M10 : N 902 856 02

    Shouldered Nut - M10 : N 023 004 7

and the clip (to screw in the wheel arch) for fuel evacuation pipe and also under the car for the battery drain pipe.

Sorry It looks like a shopping list here , but I m a bit stuck as my old bolt are really rusted and I don't really want to use them again.

Thank you all for your help! I ll post pics of the rebuild soon!

    Hugues.

Just use standard nuts with a washer or find a local fastenings supplier and see what they can do to help. The bolts to have a special tip and are shouldered but these features are there to make fitting easier rather than affect the fundamental function of them when they're done up.

      Hi,

Thanks for the tips. I thought the same thing for the nuts. Structurally speaking shouldered nut or nut+washer is nearly equivalent.
What I'm more worried about are the stretch bolts actually

-- very strange. These numbers are avaliable at least in our catalogs, and even have quick delivery period.

        Bolt, with hex. socket hd - M12*1.5*90 : N 101 719 02

        Look like NLA.

try looking at more modern models in KATE they often have the same size bolt combos with different part numbers.
Or do as Rusty says and get some equivalents from your local fastener place for a fraction of the price

Stretch bolts are just lower tensile bolts. As long as the quality and tensile rating is the sane, you're laughing. Most are 8.8.

Agree. Newest version of ETKA (7.4?) with all updates would usually give you new part numbers to replace old numbers that have changed for some reason.
