Want to turn my UR suspension into coil overs???

    Hi Everyone.

I would like to convert my UR Quattro suspension into coil overs but do not know

    1) where to buy the spring mounts, springs, threaded tube etc from?
    2) Is there someone on here who already does this conversion?

Could anyone point me in the right direction please?

    Thanks

IIRC SpeedingG60 made coilovers for his coupe. There was pictures in his thread here or at motorgeek.

I will have some more kits available in next 4 weeks.

Had a little problems with the first batch, looks like our winter salty roads has been eating away at the plating and causing some rusting issues with the threaded sleeves

So I have just ordered a 2mtr length of St/St 316 tube to make the threaded tubes with

Obviously the St/St is alot more expensive than the mild steel tube and will reflect in the price

I am away for a week as from tomorrow nite, and will get the next batch sorted soon as im back.

Des, my apologies for not getting back to you, wanted to get this sorted before I made anymore

            Cheers

            Kev

I am guessing you have the silver one!

Are you starting a project thread?

i have made a number of sets. last ones were for a new project car, a Corrado with 40v V8 4.2L and RS2 01E

Tutorial NOT FOUND. I would not want anyone thinking that i "have irresistible need to display what you can or what you think you can." also, i want to distance myself from any recourse if you did what i did and it didnt work out for you. because i do something, document it, prove it and run...

these are the latest with some upgraded brakes i picked up as well. now they sit in the shed until i get time to work on that project. time is always focused on work/family/race car, and THEN the next project car in line haha.

Hey either Bambridge or Speeding-G60, whats the likely hood of being able to get a coil over set made for my 1993 S4, my stiff springs on the bilstein sports is not cutting it for me on tight turns. Please pm me!
