The circlips are not used, they were for older 80/90s iirc.

The bearing is a press fit. You will need to press it out.

Tonks did a quick how to

I would not press the bearing onto the hub, and then the hub/bearing in though.

I would press the bearing in, then the hub whilst supporting the inner race from the back.

          THIS is the correct way

i do opent the seals carefully, an ad some grease in( mobil xhp222, it the blue grease) and have the seals reinstalled ....the bearing will last 3 times longer

I had wondered if that was worth doing on cars. I asnt sure about high speed bearings jammed full of grease though?

I do it for bike bearings all the time, and it more than doubles their lifespan. A lot of the small bearings are actually for high speed dry enviroments, and just have a smear of grease, leads to a short lifespan in a bike in Scotland

the org grease, th bearingmanufaktur does have in, are NO good... you will se an old bearing( wheel) the grease have been miscoulored ( black or grey), it means the grease inside dont do the job properly... an TOO mutch grease arent good ether, so you have to turn the bearing around, so the grease have room to go, then have carefully the seals back... the mobil xhp 222 are used in heavy aplication, like lossys, and high speed mashines ( decanters)
the roads in norway are so bad, you will need 4x4 cars, but who can afford newer cars like this.. remember audis does have ONLY 1 bearing i eatch wheel( dual rings inside in 1 outerring)
some mercedes busses have parts in the front end, who last 1,5 year in mercedes testroads, the last only 6-7 mnds in roads in norway....

Yep, this the correct method. A good dodge I use to remove the old outer race once I've knocked the hub and inner race/bearings out is to blast a ring of weld around the inside of the race with a MIG, it should then pretty much fall out of the bearing carrier as it contracts slightly.
