jeah.... but the adjuster part ar in the inner joint... and the controllarm are org bend one, instead of a straight one... ( controll the balljoint will fit in the unit outer part ( cone).. the P/N are the same..( last 6 digit)

Skull-There are different length ones, I got an URQ one and it was too short to fit my s2.
The subframes have the mounts in different places.
I have unseized them before by taking them of and putting them in a vice and using heat. Drop link boots fit the ball joint if it gets torn taking it off.
The inner bolt can be a pain, soak it in penetrating fluid, and use a good allen key bit.Current-2004 Impreza PPP wagon

I had them off the car, that was not a problem, but i would like to replace the ball joint and bush (or the whole tie rods).

the rear subframe are all alike: the same P/N ... axept one does have the F or a D after....... so the controllarm will fit...controll the ballunit out by the wheel ( cone)Comment

Yeah sorry, I didn't see this till you'd ordered. I've got one on ebay at £75.50 freepost but I'd take £65 'on forum'. I had to buy 7 to get the 4 we needed at a reasonable cost as the only others I could find were on ebay for £199 +p&p for 2!!Comment

The arms arrived today. Jesus talk about overpriced for what they are. The equivalent track control on a4 would be 35 quid.
I guess they have you by the short and curlies. I lookforward to a properly aligned car though.
Obviously the previous garage lied about doing the 4 wheel alignment.Comment

Iirc when the motor factors I use could still get them £35+vat is about what they were. They'll most likely have been first line, power train or similar though. I'm sure it was only 18 months since I asked them to check and they could get them then but not 2 months ago.Comment
