Front tie end rod inner

Hi !

i have one question regarding front tie end rod inner fitment. I have fitted Kev`s (bambridge) bushes.
My question is, how tight bushes nuts needs to be tighten ? I have already tighten it fully but then there is no moving for rods.
Is that right ? Has anyone any information regarding torque for those two nuts ?

IIRC they are 40nm. The bolt should retain the central sleeve allowing the bush to be free to rotate around it. HTH
