I'm in possession of the last 2 (not a huge amount of use) and these bolts are now obsolete.

      893407745A was the correct number.

Found that TRW do these, JBJ116 & JBJ318. Are there any other manufacturers who do these specific versions? Can't find anything by Lemforder, Febi or Meyle.

Where did you get them? Best price I've found is ~£28 each.

Can't remember now, they came from Germany though. Might have been Bespartstore or something like that. I did pay around £30 each from memory

Coolio. I'll have to inspect the arms when they arrive.

I spoke to one of my suppliers and these press studs are available from a number of sources, they are used as wheel studs on trailers & caravans:

That part number is NLA, so you won't get them. I'm sure I updated my project thread but must have forgot this one, anyway...

I ended up getting these - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BALL-JOINT...item3aae7c95dd or similar. I think they were the rear ones you can find on the Febi website for the original Quattro, pressed out the bolts and pressed them into the S2 arms. They were perfect.

Any update on a source for replacement studs? I can't find them in M10 and 10.9 grade.

I used Febi 14240 which are the 3 stud type for pressed wishbones, if you want you can press out the studs from securing plate and then press them into the forged arms direct just a little longer than the originals. I got mine from Amazon a couple of years ago but you can also get them here for under £3 each.
