They do clunk, rattle, and squeek from the moment they are installed

      Somebody had to say it.

They look great but for street use, they are unliveable, IMO. Only necessary for the extremely lowered car. Other closer to OE solutions for lowered cars with H&R springs include the so-called "Igor" mod (developed by Igor K. early in the 2000's). Involves modifications to the top spring plate. Easily done with a drill press. For Eibachs, I just had to slot the top strut mounts to get enough play to bring the camber back to spec.

Here are two links to that mod:

clunk, rattle, squeeze since the spherical bearing was not designed to handle the load vertically.any camble plates with Spherical bearing will does.
i have a set of 2B Camber plates and replaced bearings for couple times due to the noises.

I have them on my URS4, and yes, they are noisy, but can easily be quietened, with a disassembly of the spherical bearing, and liberal greasing. This "treatment",usually lasts at least a year, sometimes two. Other than this one niggling problem, I love the look and utility of these camber plates. My car is not lowered.

I'm not sure whether to thank you or not for your post, as I'd made my mind up to stick with oem.

Thanks though nonetheless for the feedback /your experience. Are the roads mooth in Canada ?

No, unfortunately, our roads in Quebec are horrid. They are much better out of my province. Anywhere else. I try to avoid driving into a major city like Montreal, especially in the spring time, when we have a lot of frost heave.
