What H&R springs do i have?!

one of the previous owners of my coupe put H&R springs in it, modest drop (if i had to guess i'd say somewhere in the 30 to 40mm range) they're red in colour whereas the set i put in my old mk3 golf were blue. does the colour signify the difference in the stiffness, ie race, sport etc..... i'd like to know so i can source the appropriate dampers. any recommendations?

recommendations:

- I heared lots of good stories of H&R and Koni, but lately I see some people that are selling these on the forum. Or replacing the koni with Bilsteins.
