    KW install advice

    Hello,
Whilst I wait for my KW V1's to arrive I feel I should get everything ready for their installation.

I want to get new top mounts but cant see anywhere if I 'have to' change the top mounts or will OEM type do? I have been looking at compbrake upgrade but at £130+ a pair they may be a little over my budget. Are there any similat but cheeper versions about?

Also, should I be looking at upgrading anything else at the same time?

    Cheers Guys

Im doing al the suspension bushes and having the subframes powdercoated at the same time

I Went for track density top mounts from 034 motorsport, but I cant comment on how good they are until its all fitted and on the road.

Ive already changed the bushes for poly so thats done, not sure if upgrading the ball joints etc would be recommended or worth it.
How much did all 4 set you back and how long did they take to come?

I bought some other parts at the same time so im not sure how much they would be on there own with delivery. Its not hugely expensive though.

They took about 4 days to get here.

I have a pair of used blue compbrake ones I bought from Kit, I bought adjustable top mounts so no longer need them.

          £40 if you are interested?

I assume they are in good working condition? If so then Ill have them.
Do you need any special tools to install?

You just need to buy/make a C-spanner to tighten the top nut.
