    S2 Rear Shock Absorbers

Newbie here - just purchased my s2 1995 model and the drivers side rear shock needs replacing small visible leakage.

I have tried the local Audi Dealer, TPS, Europarts etc etc and everybody tells me that they are NLA.

Sorry if this thread has covered before but can anybody suggest suitable replacements make and model number - this is much appreciated.

    HI and welcome!

I can recommend Bilstein as a good replacement. I run a Bilstein group buy on here if it helps you

    Thanks

      Thanks Yaz

The bad news is that I need the rear drivers side to pass my MOT.......until then I am off the road.

      Options:
      1) second hand OEM - anybody who has upgraded got one for sale to get me away?
      2) Blistein 34-030172? not sure about this one as this appears to quote part no 895 513 031AC NOT 031C
      3) Bilstein B6 - Sport Damper 24-062121
      4) Bilstein B8 - Sprint Damper 24-062145
      5) Koni 86-2433SPORT

Any further help would be appreciated
