Does anyone know if there are any aftermarket companies making
new hubs or is the the only way to refresh my crusty hubs is with a
lathe or CNC. Any help much appreciated!

PNs = 441501653B Front, 441501653B Rear (the same) = AANs, V6 = different
Supposedly still available.
There are various chemical rust removers and electrolysis methods that could be used before getting to a lathe/CNC. Seems extreme.
Also look for UrS4/S6s and V8s being parted out.

Mine are very old so I thought it would be nice to have a new set with new bearings and rotors everything.
If the parts you found are genuine audi parts they are going to be very expensive. I'm hoping a company
like Meyle or Febi makes some new hubs.

I doubt that you will find anything aftermarket. There would have been no need/no demand. These are NOT a normal wear item. Look for IrishS2 (Eric's) S2 avant thread. IIRC, he restored his hubs from fugly to lovely.
BTW on a C4 UrS be very aware of the C-clips on the rear hub/outer CV joint.
Yea I plan on starting a build thread once I move into my new place with a big garage and once I have more parts
in my possession. I can PM you some of my plans for the urs6.

Evapo-Rust works well too. I knock off the chunky stuff with the wire wheel and soak overnight and even extra cruddy ones come out like this.
I've also done electrolysis rust removal, but it is too messy. The Evapo-Rust is reusable and environmentally considerate.
Most of the surfaces you don't really want paint or a coating (bearing surface, spline, and hub face/hubcentric boss). Tape it up and throw on a little epoxy paint on the rear/ perimeter and the front inner bore. Will look good for many years.
Why not save some money and clean your existing hubs? Wirebrush on a grinder, rust-remover and some time...
If the hub outer surface is badly damaged with rust, you can take it to a machinist to sort out the surface flatness.
