I have a friend in the same situation. They claim the kit is on the way back, but they have no tracking number or information about the shipment.
Now you see me, now you don`t

did you have to send your old ones first, or is it possible to pay some more and keep the old ones? I'm planning on ordering a Vers. 2 kit, but if this is the case I will give it another thought.. please keep ut updated

I think you can leave a €400 deposit instead, then send them your struts once you've received the kit to get it back

Personally I'd buy second hand struts from a breaker and send them.

                weld a trolley

I've also heard that a deposit was no longer possible, since they just don't have enough to rebulid anymore..

                        coilovers

I'm interested in a coilover setup for my CQ. RPI-equipped.com is looking into H&R to see if they can/will do it. I am attracted to the KW stuff because of the corrosion resistance, but I don't know if that even counts in the lower volume applications, where they convert your existing struts. Unless they plate them in stainless steel?

Does anyone happen to know of a source for some real coilovers like these, not threaded sleeve style, that I can either buy in the U.S. or have shipped here?

Actually, I have one query in with an FK dealer, but I owe him some pictures of my suspension to confirm the type.

Zlobo, I hope they get those back to you. If it's a matter of scheduling process time in the factory, then maybe we should get a bunch of interested parties together to produce a batch of them.

                        Thanks,

                        Ken
