    Rear strut tower dimension

    Can anyone tell me the diameter of the rear strut tower?
    Looking to bend some plate to match the the tower the use as a strut brace mount. Looking to weld in place to spread the force. I have an OMP brace but no mountings for it.

      Search some Audi 80 b4 (v6?) front strut brace brackets and weld them to rear towers. They are bolted not welded originaly.

          Did a quick search for them but seem to be hard to get hold of here in the UK.

              You used to be able to buy 2 of one side from the dealer cheaply, might be worth a check.

              Then trim to fit and weld on
