Pro Mounts bearing part number?

Yep I have giving it lots of thought as to what I should do.

I feel the ball joint upgrade will be the first mod but that may only happen in mid to late 2018.

I am doing lots of homework on this section of the car and I have no intension of just trying out ideas at this stage.

I think the work being done in this area is great and I may well join the beta testing but not just now.

Everything back to standard and correctly installed first.

Must say the kit looks impressive.

mcandmar, first, thank you for the pics/measurements! big help. my question is, how do they install into the car? is there a nut directly on top of that bearing sleeve? then the cupped washer and another nut? Or is it: promount, NO NUT, cupped washer topped with a locking Nut?
