    Refurbish steering pump S4 ABH

Does anyone know if there is a set of seals to refurbish the steering pump(sorry, dont know a better english word for it) for the S4 ABH? I know there is one for the models that got 2.2t, but is this the same?
    Please enlighten me here

So guys, I changed the leaking screw, but it still leaks. What can i do beside throw it away and try another?

Does anyone know of someone who sell regurbished units?

          Cheers!

As far as I can tell the PN for the ABH V8 PS/PB pump is 054145165LX:
            http://audi.7zap.com/en/usa/audi+100...in=undefined#1

I would work on the area around the seat where the O-ring sits and check for debris and/or pitting before spending in the order of US$700 for a rebuilt pump.

A google search on 054145165LX shows up a number of options (no sure how many there would be in Norway):

Thank you sir! I will look into that. I used a Q-tip to remove any debris before I mounted the new plug too.

Out of curiousity, what is the pressure output on that pump?
My pump on an ABH powered 93 V8 was part number 077 145 155 D - it was 150 bar.

To information for users og this forum:
I ended up ordering a replacement pump from Rexbo.eu

The only fiddly thing now is to get the belt on again!
