    Knock from rear left

I've had an annoying knock in the coupe from the rear left, and struggling to track it down. I could rock the car tonight and hear it but nothing feels like it's moving, everything's tight and the bushes all look good. sometimes here it over bumps or pulling away

    Few questions...
#1 one suspect is the damper having some free play, any one experienced this? They're koni adjustables.

#2 how much free play should there be in the wheel assembly? I can move both of my rears slighly when pushing at 3 and 9 o'clock. small knock from that

#3 how much end float is normal in the rear driveshafts? They feel fairly tight, few mm of movement. can get a small noise from shifting those but i dont think it's them.

    cheers!

Do you mean the shock shaft in the shock or the shock it the strut housing?

Wheel is mounted on rubber bushes, so there will be some movement, but it should not knock, wishbone bushes, lower balljoint, tie rod balljoint, tie rod inner bush and strut top mount. Strut top will drop down when the car is lifted up.

definitely has a knock to it. can't see or feel any play in the joints, im wondering if the tie rod is knocking on something.
