H&R Damper bottom bushes

HI All

Doing a bit of a suspension overhaul as had suspension off to remove wheelarch liner for respray. Bush at the bottom of damper looks knackered and I want to replace. H&R wont sell separate but will sell me new dampers for £190 each. Makes for expensive bush ... Has anyone had to replace their bottom bushes on their rear coilovers and if so where did they get the bushes
