4x108 to 5x112 hub swap pointers needed

    hello guys,

i should be getting hold of a b3 91 coupe quattro 5cyl 10v and want to do a 5x112 hub conversion.

from what i have read, i need b5 s4/a4 rear hubs pressed in and gain 8mm of track per side.

the fronts are where i get a little lost, apparently i can use urs4 hubs that have abit machined off them , no problem if i can find a set.

the other option is with the s2 hubs, will they match my outer cv's and splines not sure of what spline size and count they have and must admit i have read so much i have gotten a bit lost as to what fits what model.

any definitive advice as to what fronts i can use with my current shafts or an easy way to do the fronts.

    cheers !

you can use urs4 fronts, youll have to machine off 5mm to clear the hub on the inside. you will also have to shim out your caliper carrier so it wont rub on the rotor, I believe about 4mm? seeing guys just using washers. you can retain the factory rotors, just re drill them for 5x112. For the rear, ive heard the same use b5 a4/s4 hubs pressed in and rotors, no machining necessary. however where im confused in the rear, is if you can re-use the stock rear calipers and carriers, or if you HAVE to use b5 stuff.

I have read that some keep the a4 rear brakes so that's what I'm starting with.

As for the fronts I'm doing a brake conversion and a8 discs so calliper carriers and spacing are of no issue, looks like urs4 would be the most straightforward option so far then.

      Cheers
