    Audi 90 B2

I am rebuilding/overhauling the rear subframe and suspension on my Audi 90 B2 Quattro (1986) I am struggling to find the torque settings for everything connected to the subframe, I found one bit of info that stated the subframe bolts should be torqued up to 110nm + 90 degrees, all was going well until the bolt snapped in the car OMG! Not good I did manage to get it out but it took me 3 hours .

    Any info would be appreciated

110Nm without the 90 degrees would be enough I'd say, can't remember what torque setting I used when I did mine

110 nm+90 deg looks wrong for a solid M10 bolt with no elongation design as the cyl head bolts have.

      Take a look here: https://audi.7zap.com/en/rdw/audi+80...0/5/599-51000/

You can get all bolts dimensions.Look for some basic/universal torque values table and start from there.Or get elsa and get the info from there.

You are asking the torque values becaue you like to get all done on the car as it left factory or you are not trained to feel when tight is tight? You can 100% safe get all tight using just the hand and correct tool, not to get to much leverage or to less.Where is the case tight the nut not the screw side. Also rust/paint can alter torque.
