BTDT, It's the lock of the trunk.
Put some grease or vasalin on it.

        Coupe or avant
Rear tailgate on coupe well known for these noises. Also consider
        1 Seatbelt adjusters
2 steering wheel column plastic cover
3 front dashtop air vent usually more a rattle
        4 rear seats if leather
Best idea is to get someone to sit in the back and passenger seat to try to locate
        Good luck

You cant hear the squeak with the window up but if u open it you hear the squeaking. Could it still be these suggestions?

                Hi Guys.

The squeaking situation is getting out of hand, and I need some sort of a De-Squeaker spray (silicone i think).

Will haford supply such a spray?

Check brake dust covers on wheel hubs. Mine touched a couple of times and make horrible noises. Good luck with tracking down the squeeks. The S2's is a piece of cr@p if it concerns squeeks. They really annoy me
Probably got to do with the structural integrety, or something like that.....

Its to do with no frames around the windows i think.

anyway, its internal squeek, sounds like rear seats / passenger seat.
