    Steering Rack Tool

Does anybody have this tool by any chance? I'm looking for measurements to make one myself.

What position should the steering wheel be with the steering lock engaged, should it be straight ahead or slightly off center?

    Thanks,

    Mark.

Lock to lock i had half a turn more to the right than the left so i adjusted it out to center the rack. Now the steering lock engages at the straight ahead position which i dont think is right
