what is the strongest gearboxes for 2.2 2ov turbo .. s6 pluss ?? what about tdi gearboxes ??

All 01e:s are alike, some has the stronger 1&2 gears, these would be the best
choice.

what about ur quattro boxes , are they strong ??

At least here in Finland, there are few +500 hp urquattros and they seem to be fine.

I would go 01e becouse easy install and middle torsen. There is middle torsen in some of 016 gearboxes (urq) 20v urquattro and 200/20v but they are somewhat rare.

I have 2 trannys from URQ ,but they have 3,889 ratio.one from 91 with thorsen,the other from 85 ........lucky me!
