Reverse gear problem when cold

This problem started gradually over the last 2 weeks, When i try and select reverse when i first start the car in the morning it is a b***ard to get it. After a min or two of driving theres no problem. As i say this has gradually gotten worse to the point this morning i couldn´t get reverse at all but as soon as i got to my destination a few miles away it was back to normal.
Am i looking at a new clutch? rather get it done now before i get stuck somewhere with no clutch at all.

Has teh gearbox oil ever been changed? Have you noticed any loss of oil at all from the car? Maybe worth changing the box oil and seeing if that has any effect. I know my car is more difficult to get in to reverse during the winter when it is cold and hasn't been driven for a little while.

Millers do a good one, can't remember the spec though.

Not sure about the gearbox oil only had the car a few months, could not see anything in the service history. I think your right as it makes more sense about the oil rather than the clutch as only have problem from cold and other gears seem stiff but ok, I will get it checked out asap.
