gearbox cooling ? how to ? what gearbox ?

I need to make gearbox cooling for the two (6 gear) gearboxes I have form S2.

Is there a way to make cooling for those gearboxes ? Where to make the oil holes to make the oil cyrculete and where to get oil pump ?

Also I have found post saying "6 Speed "DSY" gearbox (from S4 with internal oil cooling pump)".

Is this gearbox redy to attach oil cooler ?
Are there other gearboxes ready for oil cooling ?

Serch for "gearbox" and "cooling" did not give me much info.

urs4/6 V8 boxes (CMG) and afaik other manual transmissions from v8 cars have oil pump and oil cooler connected.

Why do you need to cool it ?
I have done 300 km in under 2 hrs, no heat there.
RS2 box BTW. . . . 450 bhp

I'm using CBM gearbox which came with oil pump & wide 1st gear from V8 S6+.
But torsen doen't make a lot heat, so it's not so necessary to use a radiator, better use good oil (for example Castrol TAF-X), and change every 1 or 2 races and recheck/rebuild gearbox.

Or if you want, you can try to fit oil cooler part no. 01E 315 105 C to your gearbox. You can find on ETKA on which cars it was built. Oil cooling radiator is good to use the same as engine oil radiator.

What to change before we put the gearbox to the car after we buy used gearbox ?

I have the DSY gearbox in my car. It has ports to attach lines for a cooler in the side of the box. I just looped mine without a cooler since most of the time a cooler would not be necessary for my application.
