Clutch Release Bearing

Which release bearing do you use with a 3B flywheel/clutch and a 6 speed gearbox?

I'm guessing the 3B one but they look very different, will the bearing work ok with the release lever in the 6speed?

Even though the pictures are different the release bearing is the same on 3B and ABY engines.
