Weakest link?

Looking to start a project with standalone/bigger turbo and the lot using the S2, what sort of power level can the gearbox and the 4wd system handle? Does it have lsd in the front and rear? Any particular model years have any advantages in gearboxes strengths ect?

try to sutch in this forum .you have only lsd in the senterdiff,and lokin diff in the rear.

i would use the rs2 6 speed or the s4 1993 5 speed. for the road 6 speed, if for drag race 5 speed.

my experince the standard gearbox is the weakest link, then the propshafts in front and back. have changed mine serval times...
