Help - Can't get into gear in my URQ

Can anybody shed some light on my problem?

This morning got into the RR to go to work. Dipped the clutch like normal (I tend to leave all my cars in gear) and started the engine only for the car to shoot forward. Luckily nothing was in front

I can select all gears. The clutch feels normal - no change in pedal pressure. It drove fine on the way home yesterday. No problems getting into gear etc.

There does not appear to be any leaks in the hydraulics. I can hear movement in the clutch when pressing and releasing the pedal but cant get into gear with the engine running.

Any ideas before I am forced to start taking things apart?

just a thought - you sure you dipped the clutch lol

Yes I did remember that's the problem it makes no difference if the clutch is dipped or not. Still cant get into gear with the engine running - no problem when switched off - so not the box. Must be the clutch? But what has failed?

to me sounds like release bearing...

yes realease bearing and pressure plate - im 99% sure thats your problem.

I guessed as much was just hoping that I overlooked something obvious that doesn't require me to drop the box out of the car. Can see some big bills coming....
