Has anybody ever heard of such a thing? If so how does such a thing happen and why???
Does an unbalanced shaft cause a new center bearing to squeal?
having looked into this quite a bit in advnace of doing my own centre bearing I think if its the OEM propshaft that was on the car and the only thing changed was teh centre bearing....then it should NOT be unbalanced....
more likely is that it is misaligned...
Did the garage haev the correct alignment tools??
DId they shim it exactly as before? using the same shims in the same order/orientation?
If not I would bite the bullet and take it to a proper Audi garage or dealership that have the proper propshaft aligment equipment.....(unless you are planning to do it yourself?)
I would bet on that being the problem.
