    C4/S4 transmission upgrade

    Hello, is it possible to install the C4/S4 V8 6speed in C4 S4 2.2T 91' that was originally equiped with 5-speed? Just want to make sure before I bought the transmission I found. Any real gains to do that besides the 6x times pulling the gear lever?

    My 5speed transmission:

    01E 301211
    ..00 708(6?)90
    Germany
    7 8 91bde 6

    C4/S4/V8 6-speed:

      have you checked on ETKA if it shows any differences?

          Henka will know for sure but I'd say yes you can.

                  Is there any chance that the box has wide 1st gear? Thought I didn't look at the right numbers on the gearbox (CBL etc)that should show more info.
