    strange flywheel

I am changing from duble mass flywheel to single mass (3b) on my UR S4. 5 speed tranny.
What do I need for this job?
What to do with the nidle bearing(?)?
    different flywheel bolts?

    Thanks!

    Hello.

Change needle bearing, shorter fly wheel bolts (you should always change these anyway when you take the flywheel off), you also need another pressure plate
and another clutch. (it differs the way its built).

Buy a new gasket for the crank. the one behind the flywheel.
Also you must remove the spacer that is between the engine and tranny (if there is one)
Also change the throw out bearing, little cost , lots of work if it breaks down after 100 miles

That's all I can think of for now, quite easy actually, but don't forget that the old clutch won't fit.

      thank you!
I already have the flywheel from s2 3b and new flywheel bolts for 3b.
I have a new sinter clutch, can I use a pressure plate from S2 3b?
But why do I need a new gasket for the crank? the engine is built new not long a go!
I have new throw out bearing for S2 3b.
If there is no spacer between the motor and tranny am I in trouble then?

AAN and ABY/ADU clutches and flywheels are different so S2 6spd instructions don't apply. No spacer between engine and GB in AAN.

IIRC you have to shorten the slave cyl bar a bit. Otherwise it's a bolt-on swap.

          ok thanks!
The things I have and going to use are:
          AAN engine
          AAN 5spd tranny
          sinter clutch
          S2 3b pressure plate
          S2 3b flywheel
          s2 3b throw out bearing
          S2 3b slave cyl bar??
          s2 3b flywheel bolts
          s2 3b needle bearing

Is this all the parts I need?
I dont have to change the gasket on the crank?
Will the S2 3b pressure plate be any good or should I by a new stronger?
The engine is going to make 500 hp and I am using 4puck sinter?

          Thanks!

Since you're using the 3b wheel you must have a 3b pressure plate. I don't think that the clutch will fit if you have a DM clutch and put it to a SM flywheel..
