    Gear selector arm

    Hi guys anyone tell me what is under the gear selector arm with the cap nut is the shaft splined or tapered or is there a flat on the shaft to locate the arm

      Isn’t splined or tapered from what I’ve searched and found? could be keyed? Not one to comment really as I haven’t worked on a 6 speed heh
