my options are going with the Twin plate option as it should be softer on the leg ? Seems there is the rcs200 option
i was going to use Stock release bearing. No hydraulic.

I use a twin plate Kevlar unit made by a company in Leeds UK. It's in my urs4 with 750nm stroker. It drives very nice. More smooth and lighter than Sachs race sintered clutch. I can't comment on the one you linked.
