can’t unlock rear diff on work bench help please

Rear diff unable to unlock, off car on bench moved the plastic lever in both directions and still won’t open when turning on either side both outputs spin in same direction

here is what things look like inside if it helps ya.

Thank you bud turned out I had nipped the output flang centre Allen bolt too tight as soon as I cracked it loose it worked as it should. Seems it literally needs nipping up just past finger tight
