I've been offered a complete 90 20v Quattro really cheap as its rotten so my question is, are the hubs the same as an S2? As i need a set for my SWB build?
no 90 20V quattro is b3 with 4x108. some did come with the 2-piston brakes like s2 and the front wishbones like s2/rs2

5x112 is not on any other cars. But the V6 models also have the 82mm bearings installed but with a 4x108 hub.
autewo website is showing replacement for the s2 hubs looks like a machine shop just replicated an oem one. https://shop.autewo.de/Neue-Artikel-...-a21151021cee/
RS2 are also the 82mm bearings but with the rs2 specific 5x130 hub.
