ABY flywheel bolt torque setting

What are the torque settings for the flywheel bolts and the clutch pressure plate bolts? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Seen these? I don't have an S2 wrkshp manual or car even. Perhaps it depends on which exact flywheel type you have (stock S2 5spd?), but these may help:

Flywheel
Long bolts = 40Nm + 180 degrees
Short bolts(with lock) = 30Nm + 90 degrees

Pressure plate = 25Nm
