Gearbox oil

Hi chaps, can someone tell me the correct oil and quantity for my ABY 6 speed gearbox please, I did have a search of the forum but couldn't find anything, thanks in advance

75/90 fully gl4. 2.8litre i think, im sure someone will confirm.

Good luck with the filler and drain plugs, they can be very tight

Yes, make sure the filling plug opens before draining the old fluid
